charmed by this iconic stay

beautiful christmas tree lovely staff great housekeeping

The christmas tree in the suite was beautiful. staff delivered goodies, including champagne and sweet treats. my sons each got a teddy bear, and they were very happy. stockongs was hanged along the fireplace on christmas eve, it was so special. we had lunch in the champagne bar. It was perfect and casual. the staff were so friendly and always cute. housekeeping always cleaned our room every day and turned it down in the evening.

i found no one to help with luggage at the front on arrival. there was no doorman or bellhop, its deserted. i had to carry my child's suitcase and mine into the lobby.

the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which was good. the closet had ample space for luggage, including shelves and multiple hangers, it was comfortable. blackout curtains in the room ensured darkness.

The champagne bar features an extensive list of cocktails and wines. Very nice. the palm court offers a prix fixe menu for afternoon tea with a variety of sandwiches. i saw that room service was available 24/7.

Fantastic Stay!

really good service delicious food workout room

Fariz provided really good service. His attention to detail greatly enhanced our breakfast! The food was also delicious, and every dish was well-prepared. I only wish there was more space on the table for all the plates. We had a lot of food! The bathroom was very nice, and the workout room provided a great exercise space.

I thought that the Wi-Fi was a little bit slow, but not a deal breaker.
